it isn't shanes hand speed that is giving him the advantage it is that margarito cannot find him to hit him. cotto had great hand seed and he hit margarito but margarito was able to hit him back.

with that said shanes hands look like they did 10 years ago.

at this point in the fight there really is no question that shane has a shut out. good fight but nothing margarito has thrown has gone unanswered. you can't say the same about shane. he is landing all sorts of stuff that margarito is either not returning or missing on the return...

Margarito's corner does not appear to be telling him anything much less what he needs to hear which is get in close and fight dirty. The only time he is able to trady is when they are in close. He still is losing half of the exchanges in tight but he lands the harder shots and he is losing all fo the exchanges from a distance.

Was Margarito a product of loaded gloves in the past??
